How to use the Lab: Expand a card to see the reference curve. Adjust the depth slider to control how wide the ornament swings (in cents). For oscillatory ornaments, adjust speed to control how fast it oscillates (in Hz). Click Play reference to hear a synthesized version. Then click Practice and sing — your pitch trace will be overlaid on the reference for comparison.
The Lab uses a fixed Sa of 261.63 Hz (C₄) for consistency. In real practice, ornaments are raga-specific — use the Gamaka Coach to compare your vibrato to master recordings in context.
