Kampita — Make the svara come alive
Until this stage your singing was correct. From this stage it can be musical.

Knowledge of music without bhakti is incomplete — and kampita is where śruti meets feeling. Without it, every svara is correct but no music happens.

You can place kampita on the jīva-svara of three different ragas without losing pitch centre.
The protocol
- 01Open Gamaka Coach with Bhairavī.
- 02Sing G₂ (the jīva-svara of Bhairavī) with kampita — slow oscillation. Target: 5–7 Hz rate, 30–60¢ depth.
- 03Apply kampita to the Pa of Endaro (Śrī). Notice: the kṛti becomes alive.
- 04Practice kampita on jīva-svaras across Bhairavī, Tōḍī, Sankarābharaṇam.
